Who are we?
CA Chapter was founded in 2008 by a group of college students. During the first year, the chapter started to generate interested by holding small community events, followed by a conference in 2009. From 2010, it took off and started its activities with high school visits, college tours and parents workshops. The membership based grew and each year an elected chapter board was announced and regular meeting took place on a monthly basis.
The chapter’s main event of the year is the annual graduation ceremony, where it has held a ceremony every year for the past 10 years, honoring high school and college graduates. Over 300 graduates have been honored. Additionally, scholarships are also awarded, where nearly 100 students have been awarded over the years.
